Cappuccino Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2005
OK, I can not believe I am about to type this, but, these are so much better than store bought! And, I love store bought. I am a chocoholic.... these are amazing. I did leave out the cofee and cinomin because I just wanted brownies.(Oh, I also did half brown sugar half white) These are so moist and fudgy, just like I like them. If you like cakey brownies these are not it. If you want a rich creamy fudgy chocolate dream of a brownie, look no further. Oh, and make sure to let them cool in the fridge before you cut them or they will crumble. I also halved the recipe and baked in a 7x11 pan and it worked great.

Whole Wheat Pita Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
Great recipe! Yeah a few steps are missing, but it is not hard to figure out what to do. After the dough rises, roll into twelve balls then roll balls into flat circles...let rest and proceed with baking. These are yummy, and my little ones are so excited about thier pita bread. Oh, and the fact that these are whole wheat is the best part! Way more depth of flavor then that plain white suff.

I will make this again..... mabey try other fruits too.

Mock Sour Cream II

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2006
thank you! I realy wanted sour cream tonight, and I wasn't about to run to the store with three wee ones. This hit the spot. It does not taste exactly like sour cream but it is creamy and tart (not to mention preaty healthy). I only added a couple T. milk and the consistancy was perfect.

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
These are wonderfull. I have made them two times now. I cut down on the brown sugar a little though, because the first time they were too sweet. I will continue to make these. They are a great snack for my little ones and much more economical and healthy than store bought. Thanks for the recipie

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2007
These were really good. I would agree with the comments to cut back a bit on the butter, but they still tasted awesome! I was out of peanut butter, so I just sprinkled choc chips on the warm oat mixture and spread them as they melted. MMMMMMMMM.......

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2005
This is so good. We love peanut chicken. I wasn't sure we would like this recipe. because of being made in the crock pot I was worried it might be a bit bland. but, it was perfect. The cumin gave just the right flavor. I didn't have any cornstarch, but the sauce was just right for us. Also, I used half the chicken and added yams.... yummy with this. Anyway, this is a keeper. thanks!

This was super good. However, I don't realy know the way it is to taste, for I could only use what was on hand.I used 3/4 c dried parsley, balsamic vinegar, basil for the oregano, granulated garlic and sweet chili sauce. but it was so good. My three year old even loved it.

This is the ONLY way I will ever cook chicken now. I have never had a roast chicken turn out till I did it this way. I added a few of my own spices and didnt let it sit. But it was amazing. We almost ate the whole thing in one night!
