These cookies are exceptional. I was looking for a soft molasses cookie like the one Wegman's makes and this cookie fits the bill. My kids love molasses cookies and I will certainly be making this recipe again and again.

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

I have made this meatloaf a couple times now. My husband is a big meatloaf fan. This is very good and easy to make. Perhaps other reviewers didn't care for the sweet and sour taste, I recommend this. Another reviewer mentioned the meat overflowed out of the pan, well perhaps a larger pan would make sense. I bought a wonderful loaf pan from K-mart, made by Martha Stewart. It is larger than your average pan and works great with quickbreads as well. Thank you for a super meatloaf recipe !

Apple Pie Bread

Made this the other day. Very good tasting. More "cake-like" than quick bread texture. Had to leave in oven about 15 minutes longer than recipe suggests, that was due to my using a bit smaller loaf pan. Will definately make again. Thank you Tuula

Cinnamon Bun Scones

This recipe is excellent. I made this for a tea we were having at work. Everyone raved about these scones. I'm not a scone lover but these were exceptional. I found them to be moist, unlike most scone recipes. A Keeper :)

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I have made this bread many times and each time I love it more. Baking time is longer than what the recipe states, but if you put less in the pans and use larger pans it will work out.

Glazed Corned Beef

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

I am updating my rating of this recipe. I have made this several times. I have learned that you can use 1/3 less fat or regular cream cheese but it WILL NOT work with fat free cream cheese. It's doesn't matter if you use brand name or store brand. Also users may want to use the Keebler brand graham cracker STICKs. They are the perfect accessory for this recipe. I have also used GROUND nuts to cover the cheese ball. You can find this in your local grocery store.

Zucchini Coconut Loaf

I tried this and found it very easy to make. My family loves the coconut. I chose not to boil the raisins but just added them into the batter. Used Crasins for something different. Very tasty, and will use again for sure! Debbie
