Lentil Soup

WOW! This recipe is so awesome because you can alter it to your taste without screwing it up. I added lots of cayenne pepper, 2 sweet potatoes, parsley and a minced jalapeno. I also substituted diced tomatoes, doubled (maybe tripled) the garlic and used one can of veggie broth with less water. I was looking for a recipe that encompassed a lot of veggies so the ones in my fridge wouldn't go bad. I happened to have everything on hand and added whatever sounded good. The result: an economical, highly aromatic, hearty, healthy and absolutely DELICIOUS "stoup" that will feed a lot or serve as leftovers for days. I bet it would freeze well too. Thank you for posting such an inspiring recipe!

One Pot Pasta

super easy and super good! i thought it would be so ordinary, but it was surprisingly tasty. the only things i did different were to decrease the cook time once the noodles were added to 12 minutes. also, when it was finished, i added lots of shredded mozzarella. this is so inexpensive to make too!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

YUMMY!!! I followed the recipe exactly (except my baking time was just under 60 minutes). I must admit that I was surprised at how dark the bread came out, but after tasting it, I was blown away. Twenty minutes after I took it out of the oven, I ate three pieces. This morning, I had it for breakfast. It is 10 times better the next day. I recommend letting it sit overnight (if you can resist temptation). I'm supposed to give a loaf to my friends, but I don't know if it will last that long. Thanks for a great recipe!
