Marinated Pork Roast With Apricot Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2013
This was very tasty! I let it marinade about 6 hours and made no changes to the recipe. The glaze makes this recipe a keeper. Will make this again!

Tonya's Terrific Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
These were very tasty. I did not use celery and next time I will add more wet ingredients because they were not so sloppy but the flavor was great. I added a little bit of bbq sauce to mine.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

This was awesome and a big hit with my husband as well. I followed the recipe exactly other than adding garlic and a few garden tomatoes. Will be making this again and again!

Chef John's Perfect Prime Rib

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2013
This Prime Rib was amazing. I also use this same recipe for Eye of Round Roast, slice it thin after it is cooked and serve it with Au Jus and it tastes like prime rib. Very easy, fool proof and soooo good.

Raspberry Angel Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2012
Really tasty and easy. I have made this same recipe 3 times using different jello's and fruits. Strawberry jello with frozen strawberries and tropical jello with canned pineapples as well as the raspberry and they are all great.

Sweet and Crunchy Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2012
This was great. I toasted sliced almonds (did not use cashews) and noodles in oven and used apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar (my preferrence). Did not use mandarin oranges but will try that next time. I only used 1/2 packet of chicken seasoning packet to cut down on sodium. This is a great quick easy side dish.

Rossi's Sausage Gnocchi

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
YUM! Made this for dinner tonight and thankful to have leftovers. I changed it up a bit and added chopped red peppers with the onions, used 2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce and 1 small can tomato paste and brown sugar instead of the white. This is a keeper!

Taco Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
This was awesome! I did throw some green peppers in with the hamburger and onion and sauteed. I added about a 1/4 cup of beef broth to give it more broth. In place of the packet of Taco seasoning I used:Bill Echols Taco Seasoning. It really makes this recipe and you can adjust seasonings to your own taste. 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon black pepper. This is a keeper.

Chicken Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
I added a jar of alfedo sauce with roasted red peppers (any flavor sauce would do) and fresh spinach. I also sauteed onions and garlic in butter before adding broth. Added 1/2 cup sour cream, it makes it a more hearty soup. Made this very tasty.

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
This is an easy and tasty meal. I have used this for beef and pork. I add onions and a dash of bbq sauce and serve on a toasted crusty bun with provolone cheese melted on the bun in the broiler. I had tzatziki already made and it was a nice topping for the sandwich. I put it all in a crock pot and cook until it shreds.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
This was excellent. I have made it twice already for company and everyone loved it. I did add the cool whip after the topping and on top of the cool whip I drizzled caramel topping. It tasted almost like a snickers bar. This is a keeper!

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
This was good but not great. I cut back on the amount of syrup after reading the reviews and it was still too sweet for us. This is a good starter recipe for something great. I may use brown sugar instead of the syrup and add some garlic and ginger next time.

Chocolate Mousse Torte

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
This was really good and very easy. I dipped some of the chocolate mixture on the bottom of each wafer to hold it in place because they kept sliding. This is a keeper and was a big hit on Christmas Eve!!

Well I just made these and they turned out flat? I followed recipe but used butter instead of shortening and added a dash of cloves. They taste ok but not what I was looking for in this cookie.
