Spaghetti Pizza I

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

This was awesome! I followed the recipe exactly except for adding a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and adding a little less than the whole container of fried onions. It was extremely easy, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I've made a lot of Meatloaf recipes, I think this may be our favorite so far.

Healthier Banana Sour Cream Bread

I made this into Muffins. I was in the middle of making this recipe and realized one of my bananas had gone bad. So I used 2 overripe bananas, and 1/2 a cup of applesauce to replace the third. The batter looked sort of light (may have been the missing banana) so I added in a few dashes of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Oh, I didn't add in any nuts. They still turned out good! I plan on making these again with the 3 whole bananas and I will edit my review. I wanted to review anyway since there weren't many reviews so far. Thanks for submitting, I love finding healthier versions of recipes!!!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

These were delicious.. I halved the recipe, and added almost the entire packet of soup mix.. They tasted just like White Castle! I will definitely be making these again!

Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Curry)

I thought the cumin seeds were quite overpowering.. Followed the recipe exactly, except for using stewed tomatoes instead of fresh. I didn't care for the taste (and I usually love curry,) Just seemed a little plain to me.

Healthier Baked Pork Chops I

The only change I made was adding 1 TB of Worcestershire sauce to the sauce, and it was delicious! ! I also brined the pork chops (In water, salt, brown sugar and mustard powder) for 3 hours prior to baking.. they turned out sooo tender. I will definitely be making this again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was absolutely delicious! The only changes I made were: I left out the celery, I added a little more flour, and I added some half and half -- due to my soup not turning out very creamy.. I believe this was my fault though, considering I added more potatoes than the recipe called for, therefore I had to use more water to cover them. I made this to freeze and take for lunches! will definitely make again

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I followed the recipe, only added some sweet BBQ sauce, a little bit of garlic salt, I added about 3/4 cup buttery crackers, and I did not add the entire packet of onion soup mix (i added about 3/4 of it). It turned out absolutely amazing! Best meatloaf I have ever had!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Just finished making these, and they turned out PERFECT! The only changes I made were adding less butter (watching my diet) I used about 1 stick of butter total. When rolling them up, instead of putting the butter on the dough first; I mixed the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together and spread it on the dough. This worked out WONDERFUL. I ended up almost tripling the icing on accident (I didn't realize the recipe calls for 3 oz of cream cheese and accidentally used the whole 8 oz!) but it ended up being the perfect amount, we like to have tons of extra icing :) My dad says they are better than cinnabon. I will definitely be making these again!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I used a devil's food cake mix for the cupcakes, and replaced the oil with applesauce. I used my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, only I left out the eggs, personally I think it tasted just as good as when I've eaten dough with the eggs, but better because it is more solid like store bought rather than more sticky like homemade. They turned out great. I did have to cook them for about 19 minutes for the cupcakes to cook all the way through, after freezing the cookie dough for about 4 hours they turned out perfect and the cookie dough didn't cook at all. I've had cupcakes like these from a bakery and I had no they were this easy to make!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

I used 2% milk instead of evaporated milk, I'm assuming that's why I had to put A LOT more powdered sugar in order for the frosting to be thick enough to pipe onto cupcakes. It did turn out well, I thought it tasted just like a homemade version of store bought frosting. I'm only giving 4 stars because I thought it was good for how easy it was, but not amazing.

Homemade Flour Tortillas

These were so easy to make, especially compared to other tortilla recipes I have used, and they turned out great. I used shortening instead of lard, and i added about a tsp of sugar for extra flavor. I made 1/4 of this recipe because I was only preparing these for my boyfriend and I, it made 4 small tortillas, although next time I will just halve it and make larger tortillas. I will definitely be using this recipe again!

Black Magic Cake

I made cupcakes instead of regular cake, the first batch turned out perfect, they taste great with the sweet cream cheese/coffee frosting that i used. I think i may have done something wrong though because they didn't really taste as sweet as most cake, so i made the mistake of adding about 1/4 cup more sugar after the first batch, and every batch following overflowed and then sunk..I'm not sure if the sugar did it or if I did something wrong. Anyway the first batch was so moist and delicious, I will be trying these again.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This is without a doubt the best pizza crust i have ever made, it turned out absolutely PERFECT! I mixed the dough in my electric mixer, which turned out much easier and better than if i had kneaded it. I cooked the dough for 5-10 minutes before adding the toppings, since i made a thicker crust. I did as another user suggested and I used about 1/3 of the dough to make breadsticks, they were also delicious. I seasoned the dough with parmesan cheese, basil and garlic. I will without a doubt be using this recipe for now on!!

Mocha Truffle Cookies

I have made these cookies multiple times, and they have always turned out great every time. They are so chocolatey, and the coffee just makes them so much better! The dough is always very easy to handle because it is so rich (instead of being so sticky and sticking all over everything like most cookie dough), the dough was so firm the most recent time I made them, that they did not flatten out in the oven, I ended up flattening out the second batch before putting them in the oven and they turned out wonderful. Next time I am going to try using my electric mixer though, for some reason i always end up mixing the dough by hand, and it takes so long to mix by hand when the dough is so firm! These are by far my favorite cookies, I will definitely be making these in the future.

Eclairs II

I used this recipe for my first attempt at eclairs, they turned out perfect! I used the "pastry cream" recipe (which was delicious) on this website instead for the filling because I didn't have any instant pudding. They were so soft on the inside, I actually thought that they weren't cooking all the way through because they were so soft. But I'm glad they were so soft because they were so delicious! I'll definitely be making these again!

Pastry Cream

I used this for eclair filling (the eclairs II recipe on here), this was my first attempt at making eclairs, and they turned out SO good! the cream was the best part. I used vanilla extract instead of a vanilla bean, and i didn't strain it. I only used 5 egg yolks since some users said it turned out pretty eggy, and it turned out so creamy and delicious! I'll definitely be making this again

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
