Holiday Cranberry Sauce

This was my first time ever making cranberry sauce from scratch. I have always used the can jelly to go with my turkey dinner. All these years I've been deprived of the real thing, just because of pure laziness. What was I thinking??? This year I used this recipe and it was phenomenal. I didn't changed a thing and it was so easy to make. Even my husband, who hates to eat "sugar" with his turkey, tried it and loved it. No more can jelly for us, ever. Thanks. ;)

Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

I love this cake. I made it for a Pot Luck at work and everybody loved it. The pudding makes it super moist. I did used 1/2 hot water and 1/2 cold water, like somebody here suggested and it intensified the lemon flavor, which it was great. The second time I made it I used only half of the lemon gelatin box and it made the topping taste less sweet which it complemented very well the moist cake...very Summery! Thanks for this great recipe. ;)
