Sherri, you have a winner here! This was so delicious, and couldn't have been easier. I used a 2.2 lb boneless pork loin roast, and halved the rub ingredients for it, perfect! I used the full sauce recipe, but was out of Liquid Smoke, so I just added a shake or two of chipotle powder for a little smokiness. After shredding the pork I just used the juices in the slow cooker to moisten. YUM! Served on pretzle rolls, which hold up so nicely to the moisture. I had some Bourbon Whiskey BBQ sauce, so that went on top with some spicy dill pickles. A great sammie, hubs raved, and left overs for the freezer. Sincere thanks for sharing your recipe, a do-over for sure!
