Very tasty! I used thai red curry paste and substituted plain low fat yoghurt for the sour cream to lower the fat content. I might increase the curry paste next time for more 'bite' but the salmon was moist and full of flavour.. A definite keeper.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

I gave 4 stars for taste but the chops were very dry. I know this was a complaint from some other reviewers but thought I'd make the recipe 'as is' the first time and then adapt if necessary. Will definitely make again but will cook for much less time. Thanks Will.

Raspberry Tiramisu

Superb! Absolutely delicious! I made 1.5 times the recipe for a dinner party but found the Grand Marnier syrup did not need to be increased. Still had plenty for the increased number of Ladyfingers. Got rave reviews - Thanks Den!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

"This is 6 stars!!" said hubby. Absolutely delicious and easy to make. Hubby had chicken penne arrabiata at a well-known restaurant 2 days later and came back saying it was not even half as good as this recipe! Found 1 egg and 1 cup breadcrumbs was enough and only added 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (personal taste). Thanks so much for a new regular in our house.

Vegetarian Four Cheese Lasagna

Wonderful rich flavour! I didn't have any eggplant so substituted sliced zucchini which I threw in with the pumpkin halfway through the roasting time. I also sliced my tomatoes instead of just halving them. Thanks Rosemary

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

Baked Apricot Chicken

Wonderfully tasty! I had already started to make this dish when I realised I didn't have onion soup powder, so added a bit of soy sauce for saltiness. I also added some chopped dried apricots as I had them on hand and wanted to use them up. The chicken was tender and full of flavour. Thanks Jeanne

Creamy Tomato And Cream Cheese Soup

Hubby and I both really enjoyed this. I didn't have any celery so added some green pepper instead (along with the red pepper), and I used fresh rosemary instead of dried. We also prefer smooth soups so after the cream cheese melted, I stuck it all in the blender. Wonderful flavour. Thanks Holly

Five Minute Ice Cream

Incredibly tasty but a bit grainy from the sugar. Might try heating the sugar in the cream to get it to dissolve and then adding to the fruit and freezing. I know it'll change the name from 5 minute to 2 hour ice cream but the taste was great so I'm willing to give it a try. Thanks Pamela

Chicken Kabobs Mexicana

Cream of Cauliflower Soup I

Absolutely 5 stars! Wonderful flavour. I didn't have tarragon (even dried, it is very difficult to get in South Africa) so used marjoram instead. And I left out the cheese, which it didn't need as it was so tasty as is. Thanks Holly - hubby loved it.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

It is testament to how great this recipe is that it still tasted great, even after my disastrous attempt at making it. This was the first cheesecake I had ever made. I overbeat it (through ignorance), my springform pan leaked about a quarter of the mixture into the bottom of my oven and my oven was too hot and so when it cooled it developed the Grand Canyon of cracks in it. HOWEVER, it tasted great and got rave reviews from the whole extended family. So thanks Chantal, I'll definitely be trying it again.
