Creamy Hot Cocoa

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
I was craving hot chocolate and this hit the spot! Delicious! After reading the other reviews, I did reduce the sugar to 1/2C and I added heavy whipping cream rather than half and half because that is what I had. I shared some with my husband and he keeps complimenting the hot chocolate with every sip saying, "this is really good, honey." A definite keeper!

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
Yummy! I didn't make this but it was brought by someone I didn't know. The texture seemed a bit weird but I couldn't get over the sweet and the salty. My daughter and I kept trying to figure out what it was when someone walked by and said they just got the recipe. I had to go online, find the exact recipe and review it. It is soo good. I had seconds and shared my husband's. I didn't want to take more than my share. :) Wish I could have though.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2005
I LOVED IT! I did add a little cinnamon to the batter mix and I also topped the peaches with some cinnamon. I used a 9x13 glass pan and I doubled the peaches using only 1T of the syrup from the 2nd can. I ended up baking it for a total of 50 min. It turned out great! VERY YUMMY! I can't wait to make more...it was so easy.
