This is really good! I would cut back on the olive oil though!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2006
This was a really good recipe. You can change up the recipe by using different kinds of BBQ sauce. I took chicken out about an hour before done and shredded it. Now we will use it for BBQ sandwiches etc. SOOOO good! Thanks!

Very good recipe. I just used the already made guacamole because I was short on time. I really liked the sour cream-taco seasoning mixture! Thanks!

Miniature Cheesecakes

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
Good but next time I would not use the nutmeg (or maybe half of the amount) Also, I would use the mini muffins because the cheesecake is too big for one vanilla wafer if put in a regular size muffin pan. Thanks for recipe

Ham And Swiss Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2005
The recipe was ok. The ham chunks seem to sink to the bottom of the quiche. The flavor was good though. Thanks.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2005
Very good recipe. I used a lot of broccoli and made it with less dressing. Very good and not so mayoish! Also, I would not use a whole red onion unless you really like the onion taste. I will definately make this again. Great flavor!

Director's Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2005
This dip was awesome! I used 6oz. goat cheese log and 6oz. of garlic goat cheese (not in the log form, much softer version, triangle shaped container). I used this because of other reviews saying it needed more flavoring. It was great but I think you could use any type of goat cheese and it would be great as well. Also, next time I make it I will use more cream cheese and less mayo! Enjoy!!
