About this Cook
I have traveled all over; first with my folks & brothers; next with my husband--so I really don't have a "hometown". As long as Larry & I are together--anyplace is home--even a hotel room.
My favorite things to cook
I don't cook these days because of MS. I still read cooking magazines and read online sites. If I find a good sounding recipe, Larry will fix it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I used to make a chocolate bread for a Christmas gift for the kids' teachers. I have been known to whip out 4-5 pans of cinnamon rolls. I even made them for my brothers when we all got togather.
My cooking triumphs
My folks visited us and I served fresh bread (a braided loaf) with dinner. My Dad couldn't believe I had made it.
My cooking tragedies
My first rolls that I "baked" that turned into marbles. The cake that fell out of the pan onto the counter. The "good" half we ate. The other half I made into an ice cream dessert.

Cottage Cheese Bread II
This makes a tender bread; just like the recipe says--like angelfood cake. My family gobbled it up. This is one of our favorite bread recipes--machine and handmade. Thanks go to the person who submitted the recipe.
