Linda's Lasagna
I love the ease and the simple layering instead of mixing up every layer, like some use. I used the cottage cheese but used my potato masher to get it to a creamier consisitancy. My husband doesn't like ricotta, and I have to admit it's not my favorite. Now I know what I'm making for Thanksgiving Eve! As many have said they add certain seasonings to taste, but most of the members of my family like bland - this is a great medium and I can always add my red pepper flakes to my portion on my plate. Thank you.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
AWESOME. Because there are only 2 of us, I used 1/2 the dressing to marinade the uncooked chicken breasts for an hour. Cook the breasts on the grill and discarded that portion of the dressing/marinade. Used 1/2 box of pasta, put in some carrots and sliced black olives - LOVED the flavors.

Easiest Delicious Red Wine Steak Sauce
I added 1 tablespoon of butter at the very end to make it more like a french sauce - otherwise, simple. I didn't have beef stock on hand and this was a quick and easy substitute. Thank you.
