Whole Wheat Pancakes

Feta Artichoke Dip

This tastes great and is super easy to make. Next time I am going to rinse the artichoke hearts, to cut down on the oil, and I will try to remember the tomato and green onion!

Rump Roast Au Jus

Tasty recipe. I used 1/2 the pepper so my kids would eat it and threw in half an onion and a few cloves of garlic. The au jus is very good! I cooked about 7 hours.

I made this at the last minute since the turkey was bad for the pasta dish I had planned, and I had no tuna in the house to salvage the casserole. It turned out great, though I used what I had in the fridge. Cucumber, feta, grape tomatoes, cauliflower and fat free dressing. It was fabulous! I will make again and use the rest of the extra salad dressings!

Quick and Easy 20-Minute Chicken Posole

Quick and easy and it's very good! I thought it had a nice flavor, although it is simple. I used a can of corn instead of homminy and left out the olives. My kids liked it too....I will make this again.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This is a terrific recipe!! I used pork sausage, spinich, cilantro, celery, canned tomotoes and beef bullion. My family loved it and even ate the zuchini. The leftovers were great as well. Will make again using what I have on hand from the fresh organic produce delivery I get...

Homemade Shake and Bake Mixture

This is a great recipe! I won't buy commercial shake n bake again, this is so easy. I changed the servings to 2, because I only had one cup of bread crumbs, but it made just enough for one chicken. My family really enjoyed it.

Maryland Crab Cakes III

These were great crabcakes, and I have to admit, I somehow missed putting in the mustard! Super easy and my family really enjoyed them. I mixed bay seasoning with sour cream for a sauce and served on a bed of shredded lettuce. I will make again using the brown mustard....
