Amazing! I put them in the freezer for a little bit before the oven. They were great. Seriously great.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Super great recipe! I'll try to have buttermilk on hand when I have guests so I can make this again and again. Makes a good amount of batter, which is great!

Zucchini Yogurt Multigrain Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
Finally a "healthy" muffin that I'd eat myself and feed my toddler. I made it with maple syrup instead of honey because I have an under two year old, and 1/2 cup sugar as suggested and it was great. It works well with any shredded fruit: apple, banana, zucchini, carrot, etc.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
Easy, easy, easy. Followed previous reviewers' advise and creamed cream cheese with cake mix before topping. Also, my peaches were soooo freash and ripe I didn't need water or sugar. It was a HIT!!!

Jam Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2006
It was nice to be able to make something with just the stuff I had on-hand. I took the advise of lowering the temp, and it was just perfect. A spot of tea and jam muffins were the perfect start to this Sunday morning with a guest.

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2006
Wow, this was soooo simple and turned out just perfect. I used brown and white sugar as suggested by others and am about to go make another loaf. It really was great with lots of banana flavor, even more good flavor than other recipes that call for more bananas. Yum yum, thanks.

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

This turned out just like the ones mom used to make. Regular white vinegar works fine too. I'm glad to finally have my own copy of the recipe.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2005
Wow! I loved it. I accidentally baked it a little too long, but it still was far better than any other banana bread I've made. Thanks for a recipe I can write in ink into my recipe book.
