Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

This is a fantastic recipe. So easy and delicious. Hard to get out of pan after it fully sets, so wait an hour or so and loosen it up a bit and place back in fridge.

Beer Batter

Used some of the other reviewers suggestions and it came out perfect. Wonderfully light, crispy and tasty.

Sugar-Free Frosting

My elderly father is a diabetic and it is hard finding a good sugar free recipe that he likes. Made this and it was an instant hit. This is the only one he will eat now.
