Soo good! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and fresh ginger instead of pickled. Definitely make the sauce that is suggested by another reviewer: 1tsp sesame oil, 2T soy sauce, 2T rice vinegar, 1Tchile paste **I also added chopped cilantro. and served limes to sqeeze on the side. yummo!

Sunflower Chicken Salad

Good! I used shredded cheese instead of cubed, but other then that i followed the recipe exactly. turned out great on a cresent roll with some lettuce!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Yum! A very soothing soup on a snowy winter day. I cooked the noodles seperate as other reviewers had suggested. I also added a can of cream of potato to give it a thicker texture. (any cream soup would be good) Next time someone isn't feeling well, I will totally be running back to this recipe! (In my individual bowl i squeezed alittle lime juice and added some hot sauce. soo good.)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Really Really Good Soup. Flavor was amazing! Great for using up leftover ham. Next time I will use a little less milk. Added 1/4 cup of carrots for color. Thanks for the recipe!

Maple Salmon

Followed the recipe exactly and it was not my favorite. It had good flavor if you like sweet fish. I'm giving it a 4 because once i added it to my salad ..it was sooo good. Try the brand:Marzetti's- Asian Ginger Dressing with your Salmon Salad...its amazing!

Pesto Chicken Florentine

This was great! I followed another reveiwers idea by using a Jar of Classico brand Alfredo sause, and i Also used Classico brand pesto. I decided to slice up my chicken breast and season them with creole seasoning and cayenne pepper. I then baked the chicken for 20 mins. I did everything else the same. It was delicious!

Turkey Pot Pie

Instead of using pie crust, I put the filling into a 9x13 dish and put refrigerated buscuit dough over the top, It turned out great. I also waited on adding the turkey, I ended up adding the turkey at the end, to whole mixture. I would like to try it with the pie crust some time too. This is great for leftover turkey or chicken. **My boyfriend claims this is his favorite dish i've made for him!!!;) so thanks!!! for the recipe!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Delicious. I doubled the recipe and added the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish, reduced the amount of butter, and saved some of the peanut butter mixture to drizzle on the top of the finished product. Nice presentation.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

My boyfriend couldn't believe what I had created. He was impressed! I follwed another reviewers advice: Put everything except the oil and the herbs in the blender, and blend. Drizzle in the olive oil until it is all incorporated.add in the herbs, pulse once or twice. Just mix in the herbs, don't chop them
