Mushroom Risotto

Wow, this was delicious!! Next time, I'm going to leave out the celery as it gave it a weird, and unnecessary flavor. Everything else was superb! Will make again for sure!

This certainly was a very simple recipe to make, but I found it really lacking in any sort of flavor. The mushrooms were the only flavor, really. I think the ideas to add a cream at the end might be nice, or maybe it just needed more marsala. I'll give it another shot though because it was so simple.

Won Ton Snacks

AWESOME recipe! So easy and delicious. Everyone asked what was in it. Instead of the thai peanut sauce I put in soy and hoisin sauce, delicious combination. I also added coleslaw mix instead of the water chestnuts. Made for a great taste and texture.

Sinful Banana Pudding

This was a super easy and delicious recipe!! Next time I do it, I think I'll put a double layer of banana in the middle because one layer just wasn't enough. I might also toss in some more amaretto! It was very good, definitely try it out!
