Hello Dollies I
Did not care for these at all. They turned out very dry and no one ate more than one. Will have to look for another recipe - not sure what happened with this one.

Garlic Cheese Biscuits
I too had trouble getting these to cook evenly. The batter was very thick when made as stated in the recipe. They turned out fine - but unfortunately, nothing special. Would probably not make again.

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle
This was a very good trifle -I did make a few minor changes, though, after reading previous reviews. I recommend using pineapple tidbits in place of the crushed pineapple -especially if you don't want to take the time to thoroughly drain the crushed variety. Also-personal preference -but I would leave out the bananas only because they get gooey and brown very quickly. I did combine the bananas and pineapple to keep the bananas from turning brown so quickly, but this recipe does make a lot -and there's just no way the bananas can hold up past the first day. I also used cheesecake pudding mix and doubled the "filling" -was very thick. Overall a good trifle.
