Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Perfection

I made this last night but i kind of tweak/Substituted the recipe just a little because i didn't have all the ingredients. I didn't use chicken breast instead i used chicken thigh which i already had marinated. I didn't have spinach i used broccoli rabe instead. I also didn't used the homemade brad crumbs i used Italian bread crumbs and added the Parmesan cheese and i also left out the sun-dried tomatoes. for the filling I used Ricotta cheese, sour cream, broccoli rabe, a mixture of Italian cheese and the garlic oh and stuffing. It was soo amazing!!!! I'm sorry for changing the recipe but it was still edible and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you

Goat Cheese Sauce

I love goat cheese. this was quick n easy. I had honey goat each instead of regular goat cheese n I added fresh garlic to balance the sweetness it was amazing had it over fish, and chicken the next day...amazing

thank you so very much very easy to make n I tweek the recipe I added garlic, n balsamic vinaigrette, grated sweet potatoe and smoked turkey sausage because I didn't have the honey butter I just added honey n used regular butter

Apple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

I tried this recipe while snowed in as i don't eat pork i substitute it with Turkey tenderloin (big fat breast) i didn't have apple jam so i used apricot jam instead and i didn't have the Riesling I used Chardonnay. Yes i worked with what i had and it was amazing...loved it will do it again..

Old Charleston Style Shrimp and Grits

I never had this dish until I moved to the south. Now back home i miss the southern comfort. i have done grits before but never added the HALF/HALF. I didn't use the water but chicken broth instead. The half/half gives it a creamier taste loved it and learned something new. I gave it a 4 because i like the way I do my sausage n shrimp I used turkey smoked sausages instead of pork and i used a spoon of sriracha to give it a kick but i do love the grits.. Thank you

Baked Apricot Chicken

ok so i wanted to make something different. I pan fried skin down because i wanted a crispy skin and because i didn't have french i used Catalina it was a little to sweet for my taste so i added Hot Sauce and Garlic to even it out. I baked for 45 min skin up it was amazing. Thank you
