Delicious. Threw in a few raspberries I had kicking around and probably upped the rhubarb amount (I didn't measure) but stuck to the rest of the recipe.

So yummy! We both ate them all up in 2 days. Only thing different that we did was omit the peanuts and put a tablespoon of peanut butter instead. :) I am going to make these again TONIGHT!

Perfect Baked Potato

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
First baked potato I have EVER enjoyed. PERFECT! Thank you. I cut the top of how it was suggested, scooped out the inside, mashed it with cream cheese, butter, and green onions. Restuffed it and popped it back in with some shredded cheese on top. Will be making again, for years to come I AM SURE! :)

Really good! used vanilla yogurt, as thats what I had, and just dumped in 3/4 of a bag of chocolate chips, and one pouch of brown sugar instant oatmeal. Followed other reviews, and doubled the sugar to one cup. Moist and delicious!
