Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
I loved this Apple Crisp recipe! So did my hubby! He ended up eating it all so I'm making it again (just went out and picked some apples) and now I can try it! I just had 1 taste! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

All Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
I went outside and picked 8 apples and made myself up some Apple Butter with this recipe. LOVED that it was done with a crock pot! I also just added 2 cups sugar but I did add about 1/4 cup brown sugar. It is DEELICIOUS! I did what someone else said, and used my hand held blender to chop up more but did leave with a few apple small chunks which I love on my toast!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
This is the 2nd time to make this recipe. My hubby thinks it is the most delicious Salisbury Steak ever! Easy recipe and will continue to use it. I cut down on the ketchup, as others suggested, and it's all good!!! Thank you for sharing!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
I thought this cake was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn't have all that the recipe asked for, so I had to improvise. I used 2 boxes of sugar-free instant chocolate pudding (quite good)instead of the regular pudding mix. I also didn't have quite enough chocolate chips, so I topped it off with pecans. Oh yes, I also did the 1/2 cup oil and 1/3 cup milk...tried to cut some calories. End results.....DEElicious!!!!

Oregon Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2008
I have used this recipe 2 times, already. I, like others, do not use the salmon juice as I buy the salmon in the vacuum packs. DEElicious! Softening the onions is the trick, I believe. Great recipe and I thank you for sharing it. Found out....I like Salmon Patties, now!

Fried Pork Chop

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2008
Like someone else, I also let my chops "rest" in the refridgerator for a while. I let the grease get hot and then put them in. Not greasy and very juicy and tender! I used to not like fried pork, but these were terrific!

Banana Bread V

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
This made a fabulous bread. I followed someone elses suggestion about turning the heat down to 325 for the last 1/2 hour and then turning off the oven after an hour, leaving the bread in the oven for a while. It was cooked all the way through and very, very good! This IS my favorite.

Sausage Gravy I

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
I was glad to find this recipe. I kept forgetting ONE ingredient, until you helped me remember. Bacon grease. I had always used just drippings from the sausage! Thank you, it is good!
