Mushroom Pie

My husband and I LOVED this! I added 1/4 of white wine when I added the cream and cooked the bacon about 5 minutes before I threw in the onions and mushrooms. The puff pastry was light and fluffy...the perfect comfort food! Leftovers were amazing too. I ended up draining some of the sauce before I placed the mixture on the dough, and then we used that as a nice topping when I served it. :-) Next time, I plan to add spinach to the mix! Yummmmo!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Super easy and delicious! I use chicken tenders instead of breasts and I de-glaze the pan with white wine and it adds a little something to the flavors...highly recommend this dish for company! It will impress your guests. I also double the cream sauce...we like to have lots!

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Holy cow!!! This is simple and delicious. I used Mushroom Brown Gravy and added whole mushrooms to the crockpot. I will be making this simple recipe again and again. I did add more water since my crockpot wasn't full...and at the end, used the juice to create a nice thick gravy on the stovetop. Mmmmm. Winner winner!

Puff Pastry Salmon Bundles

Made exactly as suggested and both hubby and I found it kinda blah. The fish came out perfectly cooked, and so did the bread...but it was a little flavorless inside.
