My first pot roast in America!
I used "Simone's" review and some of her ingredients, but much less salt especially. I sauteed it on a bed of shallots and garlic before adding the liquid and also some red wine.I did mine in the oven in a cast iron pot at 400 for 45min. then down to 325 for 3 hours. It was even better the second night.
