Tiramisu Toffee Dessert

This was so good! I made it the day before, I used just a hint of coffie (didn't want the pound cake to get soggie) And I used cool whip instead of the whipping cream. YUMMY!!

This is soooo good. Its like a chessey sloppy joe. And of course like everyone else I added spices to it and a little A1 sauce.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Yummy!! I followed the recipe exactly, but didn't have enough bread crumbs so I crushed some ritz cracers. The chicken was so moist!!

Pork Chops Capri

Very good, of course I altered it a bit...I used 1 can of tomato soup, chicken bullion in the 1/2 cup of water and about an ounce or more of Beer, yes Beer!! It was yummy!

I would give this five stars but hubby and my mother didn't think it was as good as I did. I only used one can of cream of celery and didn't use any crackers on top, I sprinkled cheese instead. I have to say it was even better the next day!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Hot Corn

I brought it to work for a dinner and the people who were not afraid to try it loved it!! And bragged to the people who didn't!! Very easy and good, I didn't use as much butter as the recipe said.

Cheesy Fried Potatoes

Baked Ziti IV

Don't skip the sausage, it must give it flavor, for as I only used ground meat. I didn't have provolone but did everything else excacly. It is hard to layer sour cream on hot noodles so I mixed the SC and Riccota together then layered the meat and cheese. It was ok.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

I used Provolone, instead of cheddar and cream cheese, and rolled it up in thin chicken breast (4). I did everything else according to the recipe, it was very good. My husband said I could make it anytime!!
