About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
One day, I was trying to make sesame noodles, and it seemed like everything that could go wrong, did. I started to boil the water, and when I (tried to) put the noodles in the pot, some of the noodles fell out, landed on the burner, and caught on fire! After trying to put it out with a lid, the whole kitchen got so smokey, all we could do was cough. My dad came in the room, said some things that weren't so nice , and told me the pot was too small! So, here I was, eager to try a new recipe, and I burned some of it, messed up on the pot size, and was insulted my my father. What a great day... At least the food turned out okay!

African Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup
While it was cooking, I thought it was going to be really good. With all the spices, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes, I was really excited to try it. The smell helped too. I served it with home-made flatbread, and that was a good thing, because without the bread, I don't think we would have eaten a lot of it. Words used to describe this, were not the best: "Bland", "Glop", and even, "It's like baby food". I thought it was okay, but next time I make it, I'm going to change a lot.

Yum yum! It was so good, I had another half! Thank you for submitting this recipe! My family had mixed feelings about it, but I thought it was delicious! Perfect for a vegetarian!

Irish Potato Casserole
There was WAY too much butter! If I ever make it again, I will add a lot less butter.
