Maple Salmon

I've made this several times. I usually add more garlic, fresh ginger and if I want it more saucy I'll add orange juice. Excellent flavor. Watch your cooking times...I've had to adjust that depending on the thickness of my fish. I have proudly served this to guests.

Super Bowl Bites

I followed recipe other than my cheese being mozzarella simply because that is all I had. These really did taste like white castles. Even the heart burn later :). My rolls came in an aluminum tray so I assembled in the tray and wrapped the entire tray in heavy duty aluminum foil. Baked for 30, my buns were perfect and my meat was cooked. Family loved them. I will make these again!!

Mashed Potato Layer Bake

Wonderful! If you are looking for a sweet potato casserole that doesn't play up the sweetness, this is perfect. I also added extra cheese and used plain cream cheese but added garlic and onion powder. Served with pork tenderloin, green beans and a salad. Everyone loved it!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Loved it!!!! But FYI: I like spicy so I added extra jalapenos, tried it before baking and wasn't tasting the heat so added extra. The heat comes out a lot more when you bake!!! I used almost a whole 12 ounces jar and no chilis (didn't have any) and although it was spicy it was excellent. I also used the bread crumbs per others suggestions and it really adds to the "popper" taste. Fabulous!!!

I loved this recipe. Perfect starting off point-I added coconut and almond extract instead of anise. I thought the recipe was super easy and the biscotti turned out fantastic.

Polish Chicken and Dumplings

I only used the dumpling portion of the recipe in my usual recipe for homemade chicken soup and LOVED them. I added paprika and sour cream to my soup at the end since the dumplings reminded me of paprikas-no complaints at all. I did not find the dumplings too dense as others mentioned, I thought they ended up a great texture for soup. My entire family and sisters family loved it! Thanks for the recipe Linda!!
