Don't have a crockpot? Have no fear! I used a roast pan. About 7 lbs thick cut pot roast, 3 cans cream of mushroom condensed, 2 1/2 cups water,1 1/2 mushroom onion mix. At 275 degrees for 2 hours 10 minutes. And then at 375 degress for 40 minutes. And holy cow! YUM-O! But i would suggest you use a meat thermometer and make sure internal temp is at 130 degrees before you pull it out. All ovens differ, so make sure you have one handy! I did have a lot of au jus left. I used it for gravy and dipping roles! My whole family was in love with it!
