Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Don't have a crockpot? Have no fear! I used a roast pan. About 7 lbs thick cut pot roast, 3 cans cream of mushroom condensed, 2 1/2 cups water,1 1/2 mushroom onion mix. At 275 degrees for 2 hours 10 minutes. And then at 375 degress for 40 minutes. And holy cow! YUM-O! But i would suggest you use a meat thermometer and make sure internal temp is at 130 degrees before you pull it out. All ovens differ, so make sure you have one handy! I did have a lot of au jus left. I used it for gravy and dipping roles! My whole family was in love with it!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I scaled to 10 servings but still tweaked it. I used 3lbs grbeef. Crushed about 20 crackers. Used 2 fistfuls of my hubbys hands for cheese (Half monterrey/half cheddar). 1 pk onion soup mix, 4 eggs, 2 tblspns A1 steak sauce. I did layer the bottom of my casserole pan(no bread pan) with about 5 pieces of bread like another user had recommended. For the glaze i used the ketchup and A1 sauce! Magnificent! Everyone loved it! I plan on putting this in the spin!
