Pan-Fried Asparagus

I've been either steaming or stir frying with asparagus. This recipe is a winner yet. I cannot wait to hit the market for some fresh asparagus. I thank you, and my husband THANK YOU.

I made ham for Christmas '06 using this recipe for the first time and received great reviews. I made a slight alteration, however. I substituted pineapple preserve for the honey. It turned out fabulously.

Fluffy French Toast

Great. Delicious. The best ever. I used this recipe for a french toast fanatic (my husband) and received very nice compliments from him. Thanks to you. The only thing I changed was the bread. I used Portuguese sweet bread instead.

Spinach Pie V

Very good. I subtracted the cottage cheese and added crumbled feta cheese. I also added some fresh lemon juice to the mixture. At the end, I used croissant rolls instead. Thank you.
