Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
My husband LOVES this recipe. I've converted it from crockpot to oven and used a homemade seasoning instead of store bought. The creole seasoning I used was by JOSLYN here on AllRecipes: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/creole-seasoning-blend/detail.aspx I layered in my pot as follows: chicken - 1 tbsp seasoning sprinkled over top - vegetables - 1 tbsp seasoning, repeat until ingredients used up or pot is full. For crockpot conversion, I used my cast iron dutch oven covered at 325F for 2 hours. Worked beautifully.

Chocolate Trifle

To. Die. For. Easiest thing in the world. You can either bake the brownies yourself, or buy a few packages of the Two Bite brownies to throw it together quickly. Either way it's awesome. I have yet to find someone that doesn't like it.

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2011
Easiest thing in the world to make. I did a taste test before adding the tbsp of sugar and it was already pretty sweet, so I didn't add the sugar. Actually did this as a dressing to go with "Beautiful Salad" that I found here at allrecipes.com as well. Loved it!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
SOO easy and SOOO good. I usually leave the extra sauce on the side instead of right on the chicken. I also press the garlic into the skillet instead of just chopping to get a little more flavour.
