French Bread Rolls to Die For
This is an awesome roll recipe as it is. But I use cheese whey from making feta instead of water and garlic salt instead of regular salt, and it makes phenomenal rolls. Using the bread machine to just do the dough and let them rise makes them extra fluffy, but don't do more than 1½ the recipe or it will make a big mess! (: My grandmother in law has the family roll recipe and my husband even prefers these rolls over hers!

Stuffed Zucchini
I had to bake the zucchini for about 1 hour 45 minutes before it was tender enough to enjoy. Next time I will bake the zucchini for an hour before putting the topping on; but there will definitely be a next time. Simple and very delicious.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Tasted a little too cake-y and wasn't as moist as I like my muffins to be. I do think I over-mixed it a little but I think it needs lemon juice or something else to make it more moist. Otherwise, quite good.
