Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2012
I change it by using dried cranberries and sliced almonds. Gets raves and disappears every time I serve it!

Peach Cobbler

Delicious! Just as quick and easy as it sounds. I used fresh peaches, raspberries and blueberries cooked in a bit of sugar. Will certainly make this again.

Cindy's Jambalaya

I followed the advice of Mike and sauteed the rice before adding the liquids. HUGE difference! The rice is perfect. I made mine with sausage and shrimp with some Old Bay Seasoning. It's great.

Terrific and super easy. I also changed the sugars - used white and brown plus the vanilla. Will definitely be making these again!

This is delicious! I served it topped with chives, grated cheddar and the crumbled bacon. A huge hit with the family. Will definitely be making this again.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
My whole picky family loved this! Super easy. I added cinnamon and clove and it did need to bake about 20 minutes longer than stated. I'll be making this again and again.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2008
I made this last night for our 12th anniversary dinner and it was a knockout! I did follow some of the reviewers advice and cut the salt in half. And like some other reviews said I had to increase the cooking time by 15 minutes. I wanted medium rare and it took about 30-35 minutes total at 450 degrees. I will DEFINITELY be making this again!

Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
I made this today for the first time and will be making it again and again! I chose the lemon pudding/blueberry option using fresh blueberries instead of dried. I also used only 1/2 cup of oil as many of the other reviews mentioned. I put in all of the other ingredients as called for, but I think the sour cream could be lessened to 3/4 cup or even 1/2 cup as my cake, cooked at 325 for 55 minutes is still VERY moist. Regardless, it is delicious. My kids, 9 & 7, and my husband were instant fans! Oh, I also added about 3 T. of lemon juice to the batter.

This is one of the best dishes I've ever made. It's quick, simple and looks gourmet and like it took all day to create. I make it exactly as the recipe says and it's perfect!

After reading the reviews I was hopeful but skeptical. I just made this dressing and it is soooooooo good! I can't imagine how it will taste after actually waiting 24 hours!

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2006
I'm sorry it took so long for me to review this recipe. I have made this countless times over the last couple of years and it is the BEST tetrazzini I've ever eaten. The only thing I do differently is add more sherry and use fresh mushrooms instead of canned. My family loves it and I get recipe requests EVERY time I serve it to guests. It has become a family staple.
