Corned Beef and Cabbage II

I have made this recipe every St. Patrick's day for years, and it is by far my family's favorite. I tried a different recipe last year and was terribly disappointed. I'm back to this one this year because I know it is the best! Thanks, Cindy!

Sweet Potato Casserole IV

So very, very good! The only changes I made was to add some cinnamon to both the sweet potato mixture and the topping, and I left out the pecans because I didn't have any. The whole family loved it, and the leftovers were great for breakfast the next morning!

Lemon Zucchini Bread

This is the best zucchini bread I have ever had. The only changes I made was to use 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar and I used half all-purpose and half whole wheat flour. It is excellent, thanks!

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Very good salad. In addition to the yellow pepper, I added 1/2 cup each of green and red pepper as well. It was a hit at my daughter's birthday party, everyone loved it!

Asian Ground Beef and Pepper Saute

I love this dish because it is quick and easy! I added a chopped up onion with the peppers and it was very tasty. Next time I think I will double the sauce so that there will be more to soak into the yummy rice.

Broccoli Beef I

I like this recipe because it is easy and quick and I always have the ingredients on hand. I usually double the amount of ginger and garlic and make more of the sauce because I think its better a bit saucier. I also add a chopped onion and a few chopped carrots after I have browned the beef. It is a great recipe, thank you!

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake

This is really, REALLY good. I started the recipe and had it cooking and when it came time to peel the potatoes, I discovered that I only had one left! I used the last potato as well as two sweet potatoes and it turned out great. I think I even preferred the sweet potatoes. I'll be making this a lot. Thanks!
