This is one FANTASTIC! recipe! The chicken was so tender you didn't need a knife to cut it, a fork worked just fine. I did pound the chicken breast before I dredged in milk and crumb mixture. I sprinkled olive oil across chicken along with the pats of butter over each chicken breast. Baked for 50 min. depending on size of chicken breast one uses. Mine were bigger than normal. This is a KEEPER!
