Just like red lobster. I double the cheese and add a little garlic power in with the dry ingredient. Delicious and also freezes well!

Blue Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2014
I used very high quality blue cheese and I thought it was a little strong. I would cut the amount of blue cheese back considerably

Creamy Sausage Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2014
This was really good. I was looking for a sausage dip that was different from the usual cream cheese or velveeta dip. I added more cheese and topped it with more cheese. Served it up on warm toasted crostini's right out of the oven. This is like eating a mini hot sausage sandwich. Warm, yummy comfort food! Perfect "game food"

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2014
I thought this was really good. I used the oil called for and did not find it too strong at all Used fresh ginger. Also substituted soy sauce for Teriyaki because I didn't have any. This was a nice change from the usually stir fry I make and one I will likely make again. Just use whatever veggies you have on hand. Also cut up some pineapple at the end. Nice!

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2012
I have made this many times and it is the best french baguette recipe I have made and so easy too. If you are not using a bread machine you need more flour than this calls for. You need to slowly add more flour until the dougs pulls away from the side of the mixer while it is going. I use about 3 1/2 cups at least. Fantastic recipe.

Tomato Soup I

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
This is a great and easy soup. I used a can of chicken broth and reduced it down in place of the already condensed broth. Also threw in a chicken boullion cube. For spices, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, tony's, salt and pepper. Used a little less sugar. Timpered the cream with the soup before adding instead of heating it seperately. Start with half the sugar then add the rest only if needed. Quick, easy, and delicious. Serve with grilled cheese.

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
My foodie son said "Don't lose this recipe Mom!" Really good and takes chicken to a new place. We try to eat healthy so are always looking for new ways to change up chicken. Used half as marinade on grilled chicken. Warmed other half and poured over spaghetti noodles. Followed reciped to a T except used lime juice instead on vineager. Great way to add something different to your rotation. Just try it!

Liver and Onions

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2011
Best liver and onions I have ever eatten. Absolutely delicious. I pretty much followed ther recipe as written but used less butter and a little olive oil to caremalize the onions to make it healthier. Also seasoned up my flour a bit. At the end dump the onions back in with the liver and add about 1/2 water, cover and cook for additional 5-10 minutes and it makes a beautiful gravy. I should have taken a picture it was so pretty. The liver was so moist, not at all dry. My liver came in a package and was already cut up so I didn't have to slice it. Don't worry if some pieces are smaller, they all come out good.

Avocado-Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
I have to rate this as written and it had WAY too much oil in it. The flavors were good, but the oil made it almost slimmy. Also this is too much sugar. Cut the sugar in half (or less) and omit the oil altogether and I think it will be really good. Also change the vinegar to lime juice if you have it and add some fresh cilantro. A good idea here, but needs real tweaking.
