Graham Cracker Crust II
I also should have read the reviews before making this crust. It says use 16 SQUARE crackers. I read it over a few times to make sure I read it right. I thought that meant two per sheet. I mean the four separations make two SQUARES. So after I made it, pressed it into the pie pan and it was too crumbly I read the recipe again and figured the baking would somehow fix it. Oh well, the pie was a big mess and has way too much crust, but it tasted good even if it didn't look at all like pie when it was served.

Baked Shrimp with Feta and Tomato
I tried this recipe last night. It had a good flavor, but following the instructions almost to a T, the shrimp was overcooked and the sauce watery. I will try it again (And this time remember to pick up fresh parsley first), cook the shrimp less initially since 20 minutes of baking would cook them through, and reduce the Vermouth to 1/2 cup. I will also cook the tomato/ vermouth mixture until the tomato juices reduce some, too.

Spicy Shrimp Creole
I have South Louisiana roots and after attending JazzFest this year me and my travel buddy are keeping the South Louisiana spirit alive. I made this recipe and found it easy and just the way I like it. Real South Louisiana food is generally not very hot, but there is always hot sauce on the table to spice it up. I liked that this recipe has a good bit of kick to it to begin with.
