Danny's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2005
I didn't love the recipe-but i'm not one to judge. Try adding more cheese to make the mac n cheese more moist.

Beefy Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2005
This was the best recipe ever!! It was simple, and there were almost no dishes to be cleaned afterward! The only adjustments i made were, substituting tomato juice for the tomato sauce, and adding less ketchup. And since i was out of green peppers i added mushrooms and green beans-still awesome! I also added chili powder to spice it up a bit. One little flaw-the rice took forever to cook! But over all, GREAT recipe!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2005
This recipe was so easy and so yummy. my whole family loved them, i know i'll be making more very soon. Very delicious the second time around, just reheat in the microwave. Only improvisation i made: i liquified the brown sugar with a bit of water in the microwave because my brown sugar had gone rock solid. Still turned out great!

No Drip Ice Pops

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2005
These were REALLY good popsicles. I didn't have any bananas, so i left them out, and it still turned out great! I used lime jello mix and vanilla yogurt, then i froze the mixture in popsicle moulds.

Miss Beth's Yoghurt Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2005
This was a good recipe-very quick and easy to make. The only thing is that i found that they took a while to bake, and they were a bit plain. I used fruit yogurt and put them in muffin cups to quicken the cooking time. Will definitely use this recipe again! :)

Granny's Ice Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2005
THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!!! Wow-this recipes was awesome-so little ingredients! I used vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream-worked fine. The only thing is that i couldn't get my eggs to peak after i put the sugar in-but the ice cream still turned out fine. I loved the fact that an ice cream machine was not needed!

Best Ever Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2005
These cookies are definetly not the "Best Ever Sugar Cookies". However, with a few minor adjustments, they can be quite yummy! Instead of Sour Cream , we used vanilla yogurt. We used less flour, and more sugar, and added icing decorations on top of them. These simple substitutions made these cookies more enjoyable then the original recipe. - D&H
