Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: May 10, 2013
Delicious! I added some black pepper to the sauce and I tossed some grape tomatoes in with the chicken about five minutes before it was done. I'll be making this again soon! Thanks :)

Taiwanese Style Oxtail Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
I didn't follow this recipe exactly, but it was delish! I substituted beef stew meat for oxtail and added celery. The flavor of this stew is wonderful due to the wine, soy sauce, and tomato paste. I will be making this again very soon. I will probably try it with potatoes this time.

Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)

So delish! Low calorie and inexpensive. I loved it. Tried it without the cumin. It needed a little extra salt and some pepper.

This recipe is great! I used picante sauce and jalapeno jack cheese instead of cheddar bc it was cheaper. Everyone loved it!

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2005
Wow! This was so good. I used 1/2 cup molasses and doubled the cinnamon and ginger. I also used 1/4 cup extra sugar, and 1/2 cup sour cream like others have suggested. AMAZING! This is my new holiday bread recipe. Thanks Charles!!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2005
These were delicious! I used one box white chocolate pudding and one box vanilla, with white chocolate chips. I also had the idea to add a tablespoon of orange extract. They were a big hit! I had a problem with cooking them at 350, because they were burnt at the bottom and doughy at the top. Also they didn't melt down but stayed in balls. When I switched the oven to 300 and pressed down the dough, they turned out perfect. Thanks so much Debbi!
