Brie Cranberry and Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
With some modifications this is 5 stars, I started with a pre made pizza crust then melted 2 tbsp of butter with 1/4 of a tsp of garlic and spread it on the crust then topped with brie then I used dried cherries, because I live in the Cherry Capital of The World, then the rest of the ingredients. OH MY GOODNESS this is the best pizza I have ever had.

Slow Cooker French Onion Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
All I have to say is OMG! I also used Swiss cheese, and instead of french bread I used a roasted garlic and asiago bread from a local bakery; delish! I had a few fresh mushrooms that I needed to use before they went bad, so added those. This will be in my monthly rotation of recipes...

Haitian French Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2006
My whole family loves this recipe. I do make it a little bit differently. First, I tear up 12 slices of cinnamon swirl bread instead of the French bread and put into the 13x9 pan then I pour the cream mixture over the bread and stir until the bread soaks it up. Then I bake it in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or until it is crisp. It is sooo yummy! I often make up a few and keep them uncooked in the freezer. When I am ready to use one, I pull it out and let it thaw and bake as normal! We have it every Christmas morning.

Zucchini for Lunch

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
This was really good, but I made several changes. First off, I sauteed garlic and onion in olive oil, when that browned I added one small zucchini and one small summer squash, chopped. I didn't have a red pepper, but I did add a chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. This added a nice smoky flavor, along with a little heat. I used egg whites and salsa instead of the tomato sauce, I didn't have any... Then when it was all done I topped with a little shredded cheddar cheese. Ummm Ummm good!

Breakfast Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
I made this 2 times, first by the instructions it had NO flavor, the next time I added egg & crumbled bacon to the inside. Then topped each tortilla with enchilada sauce and it still was nothing to write home about. The kids wouldn't even eat it and they will eat any breakfast food.

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2007
I don't understand in any possible way how this recipe will make 5 dozen cookies! Not to mention that they were so dry that they wouldn’t even stick together. These are the worst no bake cookies I have ever made. I will defiantly stick to my old recipe! I have been using allrecipes.com for 5 years and have never been this dissatisfied with a recipe.
