Potato Chips
Incredible. Six minutes from a lowly potato to a bowlful of happiness! Added the salt and 1.5 tbsp vinegar to the oil in the baggie. Used the slicer on the box cheese grater (which was all dented from abuse). It didn't matter. Some chips were thick, some thin, but they were INCREDIBLE. Generously sprayed parchment paper with Pam, and they slid right off into the bowl. I am in big trouble... I'll soon need to widen the doors...

Cod au Gratin
This is definitely the genuine Newfoundland article, no question. Absolutely delicious. Sometimes I add a layer of finely chopped onion over the fish before adding the sauce, sometimes not. Depends on who's coming for supper. I'm very generous with the cheese layer. I baked mine in individual dishes, covered with tin foil. They're blazing hot coming out of the oven, so I'd recommend letting it sit for about 5 minutes before serving, just to cool it down a bit! Thanks for the great recipe!!

Crab Canapes
Made these for my New Year's Eve party. I wasn't clear on what the "refrigerated dinner roll dough" was. I assumed it was the Pillsbury Flaky Roll dough so that's what I used, by splitting each roll in half. They were a tad larger than I was expecting, but they tasted lovely, and I'll make them again, for sure.
