I really enjoyed this recipe, probably because it wasn't a traditional enchilada recipe, which I'm not at all fond of. This looked like enchilada's but didn't have the flavor of enchilada's. Next time, though, I will saute the onions first so that they are not crunchy (my kids wouldn't eat this because of the onions). I also took other's suggestions and stirred in 1/2 of the tomato sauce mixture and then used the rest for the cover instead of taco sauce (I didn't have any). I used Boiled Chicken (submitted by George)instead of the chicken breasts. If you're a traditional enchilada lover, you most likely will not enjoy this recipe. Read other's reviews.
