Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Very good. I noticed the italian dressing flavor a little too much and tasted a little artificial.

This was really good. Everyone raved about it. Made it twice in one week. The first time, it took me a while to make, the 2nd time was much easier and quicker, which is to be expected. For those looking for a quick Tiramisu, this is your recipe. For those looking for a Tiramisu recipe, this is more like a cake and the cake IS pronounced. Nonetheless, this is a great recipe. 5 Stars!

Portobello Sandwiches

Great sandwich! I cut the oil to 2 tablesoons and used fat free mayo to cut down on fat. They were delicious! I will make these again.

Southwest Chicken

Excellant! I didn't change the recipe at all except I topped mine with salsa and low-fat cheddar cheese. I will definately move this into my rotation! Great recipe and good for you. Thanks!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

This wasn't bad and I will probably make it again. However, it wasn't as flavorful as I would've liked. I made the recipe exactly as indicated. It was very moist.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I omitted the turkey liver and added a bit more turkey stock. I used turkey sausage instead of pork and next time I will reduce the about by about 25%; I felt it was a little too strong on the sausage. Otherwise, wonderful recipe. My new favorite!

I also forgot the cheese! It is a great recipe although I used fresh green beans. I don't think it would've been as good with canned.

Christmas Cranberry Salad

It tastes great but the marshmellows were overwhelming. I would cut the marshmellows in half if I made it again. It had a wonderful dessert flavor, though!
