I, like others, replaced a good portion of the butter with the clam juice. This was really tasty...the only thing I might change next time is put less italian seasoning. Maybe 1/2 it or put less than that. It was a little overpowering.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Very tasty! It reminds me of filipino chicken adobo. I didn't change any of the ingredients. The only things I did different was mix in chicken thighs and added a thickening agent to the sauce at the end. Yummy :)

Adobo Chicken with Ginger

My mom is phillipino and this dish is a regular dish served at parties that her or her friends have. I love this recipe. The only things I would change about this recipe is lessen the ginger (it's a little too much),add some corn starch to thicken it up the sauce and use the sauce over the rice- it's delicious! You could also add some potatoes and make it a little more hardy. It's so yummy!

Very Good. I substituted the mayo for a cream cheese mixture like others suggested and it turned out great. I brought them to a party and everyone loved them.

I was a little disapointed because I was expecting a "WOW". It wasn't great but wasn't bad. It was okay. I also used 1/2 fresh crab meat and 1/2 artificial. I have to say that I think the artificial tasted better in the recipe. I might try it again without the rosemary and maybe adding some cheese in the sauce and little more on top.
