Easy Key Lime Pie I

Great texture but my family of 10 were not at all impressed with this recipe. In fact some of them wouldn't eat it after the first taste or two. they usually like key lime pie. The condensed milk flavor was way to strong.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I make ALOT of cookies , because I send 5 bag lunches out the door daily. this recipes didnt get rave reviews from one single lunch kit carrier. In fact I was told NOT to put any in one of the lunches. we just didnt like the taste or texture.

Roast Beef and Cheese Roll Ups

although this was a bit time consuming for my family of 10 every single one of us enjoyed it. I'll definatley make it again ...and probably again. very very tasty

Penne with Spring Vegetables

we thought this was pretty good. I added some sundried tomatoes and just a sprinkle of italian spice. the kids like it too.
