World's Best Lasagna

I followed the recipe, the only modification was that I used dried parsley instead of fresh. Not sure if it made much of a difference, because it was still delicious!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

My hubby made this for company. You know it's a crowd pleaser when your guests go back for seconds. It was a little too spicy for me, so when we make this again I will use less red pepper.

Chicken Garlic Pizza

I used with bobboli. Maybe it would be better with the refrigerated dough. I also should've seasoned the chicken, the pizza was bland. Will probably not make again.

This was good and easy. I took the advice of other reviewers and added more lemon and lemon vest. I still found it not as tart as I prefer, I think it needed a bit more zest. This is a thin bar, so if I make them again I will double the lemon custard.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is definitely a 5 star! I followed the recipe exactly except I used pumpkin pie spice since I didn't have nutmeg. I also only had two loaf pans so I made muffins with the left over batter and took them out after 25 minutes. The muffins were moist and delicious! I can't wait to make this bread again and give it away as gifts!

Broccoli Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This was pretty darn good, and I loved how easy it was. I did make some changes. I used cream of chicken and doubled the sauce. I also added garlic powder,crushed red pepper, lemon zest and a little lemon juice. Hubby complimented me three times and had seconds, I guess that means it's a keeper.

Mountain Dew™ Cake

Very moist and delicious. You've got to love lemon to like this cake. I will make this again and try it with white or yellow cake to hopefully get a more Mt. Dew taste. This cake would also be fun to experiment with different cake mixes and sodas.
