Emily's Famous Hash Browns

My first try at making hash browns. Success. I added sharp cheddar, a little garlic powder,dash of oregano and some green onions. Extra virgin olive oil to fry in, about a quarter cup. Will keep this recipe and use over and over. Always trying a little something different.

good base to start. i had to add a can of tomato paste,real garlic, some hot sauce and a dash of parmasean cheese.i will make this again, good and filling

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

sounds good.lots of work for nothing special.chicken good and moist but no flavor. i added garlic, oregano and substitued cheddar for brie and swiss.might be better roasted,toothpicks are troublesome. tying up with string might work . i will try again with modifications
