Creamy Cajun Crawfish Stew

I don't know why this recipe had only 1 star. It's a 5 star meal!!! I added a little garlic and adjusted the seasonings to fit our northern palate and served it as a stew. We'll definitely do this one again. Thanks Aimee!

Fried Frog Legs with Creamy Onion-Mushroom Gravy

This recipe is a WINNER! I made one minor change - as I usually do. I used the leftover seasoned milk and seasoned flour to make the gravy. My wife wants to increase the gravy mix and use it as a stew base. I'm with her. We will definitely do this one again! Thanks Linda :-)
