Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

This recipe is teriffic!!!! I used the real cajun sausage and added a package of frozen cut up okra. Served with good ole cornbread. Serve over rice and I guaranteeeee it will be a winner. Thank you so much for this wonderful addition to my recipes!

The Best Potato Salad

This is almost exactly like I make my potato salad, however, I haven't used the pepproccinis, but I do add about 1 cup diced celery and use Lawry's seasoned salt. I have always had great compliments on my potato salad and it's really great to know someonelse makes one that's liked so well. I actually have to give my grandmother the accolades as this was her recipe and she was a fantastic cook.....

American-Italian Pasta Salad

This is a great pasta salad. I made a few modifications for personal taste. I added 1 cup chopped red roasted peppers, 1/2 cup sliced green pimento stuffed olives and 3/4 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese and increased the dressing to keep it from being too dry. I make this salad all the time and everyone loves it. Thanks for the recipe !

This is a great recipe. The only things I changed was to add 1 more egg and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. The sugar provides the needed sweetness...

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I have made meatloaf for over 50 years, but believe me, this is absolutely the best recipe I have found. Made it tonight for the first time and my family cleaned the platter!! Needless to say I have found my forever meatloaf recipe...Thank you....

Libby's® Pumpkin Cheesecake

This has become our traditional cheesecake to serve at Thanksgiving...it's wonderful and easy to make. Everytime I serve it, I have to have copies of the recipe on hand!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

just made 2 loaves of this bread...awesome. I followed other reader's suggestions and increased the spices and used 2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. Set my over for 325, made into 2 loaves (9x4) and covered the loaves with alum. foil the last 20 minutes to prevent over browning. The whole house smelled wonderful and 1 loaf disappeared before it even had time to cool. I made some cream cheese speread with 1 8oz block of cream cheese, grated orange rind, splash of orange juice and 1 cup powdered sugar...YUMMY....

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Wonderful and so easy. I make a few changes, I add, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, 1 can refried beans,1 can rotel tomatoes, 1tblsp. ground cumin, and 1 can chili without beans. Makes it a little thicker and double the taco seasoning mix. I serve it with Jack cheese on top in the bowl and a dollop of sour cream. I also serve Mexican cornbread with it. Everyone who has had this soup raves about it and I always get requests for the recipe. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

very good, but be sure to use "beef" Chorizo as the pork kind is a bit too greasy.
