I found this recipe and it was magnificant!!! we even made it for our round robin dinner we host. everyone raved. This recipe will be made again and again. i did subsitute chicken broth for water.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2005
It was very good but it seemed like it took forever to cook. And we just used plain mayo, and still turned out good.

Wow this recipe is wonderful and filling, my husband was in awe. I used a 1 1/2 lb chuck roast and only 4 garlic cloves sliced in half and slow cooked for 8 hours.

It was a little bit too brown sugary for me, but good. Will definatly make again. My hubby was amazed at the recipe, he does't really care to much for meatloaf.

Amazing Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
Instead of grilling, after boiling the ribs i seared them on my griddle pan. and then cooked in the crockpot. my hubby said that is why the meat didnt fall off the bone. (which was good in our case) very tender and moist.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2006
The marinade was good, but it took the steak flavor out of the steak. Which was different for us.

Wine Baked Potato

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
These potatoes were good The wine gave it a touch of sweet flavoring.... But it did take two of us to stuff the potatoes. We cut a slit down the middle and then cut slits crosswise and had one of us open the potato while the other stuffed. I also added a pat of butter into each boat and rosemary. Will make again.

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2006
Wow this was great and simple to make. I changed to serving to four but still kept the one pound kielbasa. And I didnt have lemon juice so per another review I used vinegar (apple cider) and I simmered it on the stove top for about 45 mins.

Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2006
This was super easy to make. I used 1 cup peanut butter, as per other reviews to give it more of the peanut butter flavor. And since I used the instant pudding, I didnt heat the mix at all. I whisked it in a mixing bowl consistency was excellant. I though since the pudding is instant and the pie needs to chill why boil.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2007
The chicken turned out wonderful. I needed to add a bit more sugar to the sauce.. it was a little to much vinegar for my taste buds. I also added about 1tsp honey.

Horseshoe

these were pretty good. My hubby made the suggestion when I make them again is to warm some cheese from a jar instead of making the cheese sauce from scratch. and I spread ketchup and mustard on the bread
