Mitzie's Beef Stroganoff
I was looking for a stroganoff recipe that didn't call for "cream of..." And this was perfect! Great flavor! I only simmered for 10-15 min while my noodles were cooking. It was a bit thick so I had to add milk to thin it down so next time I'll use a little less flour (maybe 2T.). Picky kids and hubby all ate it.

Zesty Chipotle Lime Dip
This stuff was amazing. I added honey to this recipe and it sent it over the top to 5 stars. Mixed it with a taco salad, but it's so versatile it could go with anything. On tacos, burritos, salad, or layered bean dip. I will definitely make it again. Thx!!!

Steff's Shepherd Pie
I'm excited to have a new winter recipe for ground beef. The only substitutions I made were due to my family's taste preferences... So instead of green beans & cream of mushroom, I used a can of mixed veggies & cream of celery. I also used instant garlic mashed potatoes. It was amazing! Everyone in my fam liked it, from the picky 3 year old to the picky 30 year old. Also, I used a 9x9 glass dish. I can see using leftover ground beef to make this dish come together even quicker. Thanks for recipe!
